My husband treated me to Mother’s Day dinner at Irmak lounge yesterday and although I don’t believe in perfect, the experience was perfect from start to finish. We were greeted by someone in the car park who opened the barrier for us. We entered the lounge and was greeted by very polite and friendly staff who walked us to our table. I was then brought a red flower and wished happy Mother’s Day by the owner which was a nice touch. The food was divine, full of flavour and very large in portion. My husband and I and our three kids thoroughly enjoyed the service. The staff were very attentive and catered to all our needs. The background music added to the ambience. Overall I cannot fault Irmak Lounge and it’s the consistent service. Food no words how bad i never faced with so bad quality
Service not experienced at all
Never recommend to anybody as i ve been in better turkish restaurants in Europe & Uk
