I'm a huge fan of Hash Browns, but I do not recommend eating them in IHOP. They are on the soggier side rather than crunchy, but if you love them on the soft side, then order it! Also, I don't recommend the "Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Pancake", it tastes more like a crumbly bread brownie rather than a pancake. I love chocolate, but these pancakes weren't what I was expecting. The Plain Pancakes were more satisfying and delicious. I will advise you to pick the other pancakes offered in the menu. In the end, the remaining food, such as the bacon, eggs, french fries, and such, are delicious and filling! I highly recommend coming for a fast and great meal!
