Small restaurant with a lot of 'vibe' driving its popularity. This was a must stop for a vacation and stood in line for over an hour. The staff was friendly (Seattle friendly) and the food was just okay. Perhaps I expected to be floored, but it was just okay.

A great handmade pasta place with fast service after the initial wait! On the Wednesday we visited, Il Corvo was serving a basil pesto pasta and a red shishito pepper pasta on rotation in addition to the staple bolognese pasta. We ordered all three, with a kale salad as the appetizer. My favorite was definitely the basil pesto pasta. The pesto tasted extremely fresh and blended well with the cheese they sprinkled on top. The noodles for the shishito dish were the most al dente and had quite a lovely bite to them. In my opinion, the bolognese was a bit dry but still had some great flavor. The kale salad has some fresh dressing and it was nice to have some greens among all the In terms of logistics, we arrived around 11:30 and queued up in the line out the door. The wait wasn't too bad, around 40-45 minutes to get to the cashier, and once we ordered, the food came out within 5 minutes. Once we left (around 12:45), the line had died down completely, fitting inside the restaurant instead of wrapping around outside. Overall, highly recommend this place if you can make it on a weekday!
