See Casa Natal de Julio Cortazar by default, the guests' piece of advice is to visit this pizzeria as well. According to the clients' comments, Italian dishes here are quite nice and the menu is well-organized. Invite your friends with you to enjoy perfectly cooked pizza, pate and terrine. Try good parfait, tiramisu and beignets. A collection of delicious house wine, prosecco or liqueur is provided to guests. Il Lionelo offers great espresso among its drinks.

Allow me to share my recent experience at il Lionelo. Although this restaurant has an excellent reputation as a culinary establishment, my experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. I visited the restaurant during the Sunday clearance sale, looking for a nice place to have lunch with my wife, my wife's colleague and our 2 year old daughter. After finding empty places on the terrace, we settled down. I ordered two pizzas, one plain water and one coke. It was then that the gentleman, presumably the owner, asked me how many there were. I replied that we were three adults and a little girl. He then refused to serve us two pizzas for three people. After explaining to him that my wife and daughter were going to join us without eating, he finally agreed. However, when I noticed that my coke had already been poured into a glass inside, I kindly asked for a can so I could pour it into a glass myself. To my surprise, the owner came back with the can and started insulting me gratuitously in Italian, not knowing that I understood him. I remained calm and asked him why he allowed himself to insult me. His response was extremely disrespectful: "Va fun culo." At that point I decided to cancel my order and leave. I find this attitude totally unacceptable, regardless of the culinary reputation of the restaurant. Disrespectful behavior by staff towards customers should never be tolerated. While the food may be exceptional, it's the overall experience, including customer service, that really matters. I want to share this experience to inform other potential customers. Such disrespect towards customers should not be taken lightly. I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes steps to remedy this situation and improve their customer service in the future. In conclusion, despite il Lionelo's positive reputation, my experience was marred by disrespectful customer service and gratuitous insults from the owner. I cannot recommend this establishment due to this disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
