This was our first visit to ll Piatto. We ordered two scoth fillets and brushcetta, food was average. Customer service can do with improvement, the restaurant got busy during our dinner and the staff seemed all over the place. After the main meal I ordered icecream to go with the dessert and I had to order that twice from two different waiters (one of them realised they had forgotten while we were paying at the counter and he was quite apologetic and lovely about it, and the other waitress (older blonde lady) who I had ordered from the second time and I let her know it was the second time and she said she will bring it over but did not and she completely forgotten . I saw her walk past our table multiple times but I didnt want to ask the third time and it was too late cause my dessert was almost finished. Besides when we first walked in we requested if we can sit outside and her response was quite abrupt ( No! We dont have the staff) there was no sorry and her tone wasnt soft. I still believe she meant well but some courtesy would have been nice especially when its first impression. We also ordered an extra drink and our main table waiter forgot, in saying that he remembered towards the end and he brought it over and said it was on the house which was nice. He was a genuinely lovely waiter. His service was great in general. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
