One of the best restaurants in the whole country. Incredible food, I can count on my fingers the number of times I have eaten so well. I had beef cheeks with celery puree and brown sauce and risotto with truffles, dried tomatoes and some beef ham. Incredible. For dessert, panacotta with a kind of tomato sauce, which goes incredibly well. It's sweet, don't worry. Go with confidence. Hats off, Chef Giovanni!
