My recent visit to Improntas restaurant was unfortunately a disappointing one. The long wait for food was unacceptable - my party and I waited over two hours for our meals to arrive. To make matters worse, the chef was extremely rude when he finally emerged from the kitchen. This unprofessional behavior was unacceptable and left a bad taste in our mouths. It's clear that the kitchen was struggling to keep up with demand, and the chef's behavior only added to our frustration. Overall, I would not recommend Improntas restaurant based on my experience. The long wait for food and the rude chef. The pasta I ordered was undercooked and too salty.. just a small addition : "To the chef at Improntas restaurant: I am disappointed to see that you responded to my review with such rudeness and unprofessionalism. As a customer, I have the right to share my experience and provide feedback, whether it's positive or negative. Your behavior during my visit was unacceptable, and your response to my review only reinforces my negative impression of the restaurant. It's clear that Improntas restaurant has a lot of work to do if they want to improve their customer experience and reputation. It's important for businesses to take customer feedback seriously and respond in a professional manner, regardless of whether they agree with the feedback or not. To anyone considering dining at Improntas restaurant, I would caution you to think twice before visiting.
