Inchin's Bamboo Garden is a premier Indo-Chinese chain and was delighted to see it in San Mateo. First things first, do not expect this place to be a Chinese restaurant. It's an Indian twist to Chinese food of which Chinese aren't aware of. Food: The food was decent and it matched the usual Inchin's taste and quality. Most of the dishes have that distinct tang and spicy flavor. The best thing are their house sauces bottled and are on every table. They make everything taste good. Appetizers - Chicken 65 or Gobi Manchurian dry are the best and are a must for any table. Soups - Sweet corn soup is simple in a good way. Tomato ginger is good on a cold day. Momos - Indian version of spicy Chinese dumplings Rice Dishes - All the fried rices are good, the Schezwan fried rice and the roasted chilli garlic fried rice being the best. Mains - Chili Chicken is my favorite. Girl friend like the Japanese golden curry. Sometimes they have fish in chili oil which is yum too. The food was decent and it matched the usual Inchin's taste and quality. You will enjoy your food here. Good that we don't have to drive to Sunnyvale for the Indo Chinese cravings..
