Discusting there lamb cabbab it not lamb meat looks like dog food the chillie sauce is watered down chips come like rubber and cold and the salad is rotted they put a orange dye on the lamb meat which av been told can cause cancer I would not recommend the westhoughton I dian ocean at all money for a poor beggers meal I won't order takeaway from them never again at all cost discusting food not fit for even dogs Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: £20–30 Vegetarian options: Salad is much safer to eat

Just had the worst customer experience in Indian Ocean takeaway. IV been out at a dance competition all day. My husband order led a takeaway and asked to pick it up. The young guy behind the counter said "its£25.80" I asked if they had a card machine. He said no cash only. I explained I only had £22.80 on me. This is what bugged me He looked at me said rudely "£its£25.80. took the food off the counter and put it back." So I left to find a cash machine. While searching for one that worked on market Street, I was thinking of how I was just made to feel. I felt like he was treating me like a tramp trying to get a discount. I felt frustrated as it's not my fault they don't have a card machine in 2022. I felt angry that I had been going to this takeaway for 10 years and had been just made to feel like a scrubber. ( I have the money, it's the method of payment that's the challenge) So when I returned to pick up my food with the right money. I explained to the same young man how I was disappointed and how it made me feel. He remained very cocky and said it's all online if you want card. " And that's how much the food is" no apology nothing. He even smirked. I asked who was in charge and he said he was ( while the drink he was drinking was dribbling out of his mouth ) So much so.i said to my husband I won't be going again. I like the food but I won't be treated like that. I gave them the opportunity to put it right by explaining I was disappointed and it left me more frustrated. So not only will I be using them again. I'll be putting this review I Every platform. Because I believe in good customer service and I believe people should be polite and treat people with regard. That not what I got from Indian Ocean this evening 2stars as the found was good...but the service left a bitter taste in my mouth
