If you’re looking for some healthy yet tasty food with a peaceful ambience then this is the place. You’ll have a wide variety of healthy options to choose from. I loved their chettinad filter coffee. Definitely deserves a 5/5 . The light music they play in the background adds up to their beautiful environment. Prices are reasonable enough for the location and quality. Isha volunteers are kind and courteous. Also, you have an option of shopping at their Isha outlet at the entrance. Sunday lunch at Isha Life's Mahamudra with a group of friends. Amidst all the ‘happening‘ places in Jubilee hills, this placement is tucked away in a calm area, away from all the city noises. A rustic place with a simple ambience. While we had gone to have their Thalis, we were told that they only serve a buffet on weekends. The buffet menu is pure vegetarian, and as the theme is satvik, the food is laced with natural ingredients – simple, healthy and tasty. The food is light and not heavy on the tummy. However having had the thalis earlier, i felt that I preferred the Thali. Felt that the taste was average and pricing was on higher side at 700+. Post lunch we were invited for a 15 mins guided meditation by the Isha foundation volunteers, at the meditation centre which is on first floor.
