Not only do we love Island Pho & Grill, but it is the ONLY pho in the area with a vegan option for vegetable broth in place of a meat-based broth. And the vegan options don't stop at the soup--there is an incredible tofu and sauteed vegetable meal with vermicelli that is super savory. I also love the vegetable spring rolls. They have a hidden, warm crisp inside that makes it stand out above any other Asian restaurant. Overall, mention you are vegan and you're all set (AND they know the difference between vegan to vegetarian, so there's no surprises based on your needs). I love the drive out to Matlacha for pick up. The owners and workers are so nice and always have my order right and ready when they say they will. I tell everyone about Island Pho!
