I booked for a group with an average age of 70 years old, on a trip to see the exhibition at Zabarella which is a 5 minute walk away. Already agreed upon menu of bigoli with duck ragù, baked tardive, tiramisu and water at a fair price. Everyone was satisfied with the quality and portions. Quick service and friendly staff. Ended up at Ristorante Isola di Caprera blindly, as we were just searching for a restaurant to eat lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It was very crowded, and thought that was a good sign. Alas, the food was mediocre ate best. Our server Mattea, was the best thing about Ristorante Isola di Caprera. He reminded me of old school waiters at a deli in NYC. Mattea was quick, witty and efficient. Too bad the food was less than satisfying.
