Both Avenida da Liberdade and JNĉQUOI are recommended for visiting. All the visitors adore the menu that offers great International cuisine at this bar. Nicely cooked truffle salads, burrata and sea bass ceviche might be what you need. Many guests come here to enjoy tasty fruitcake, parfait and ice cream. JNĉQUOI has good wine, Cosmopolitan or champagne among its drinks. Great coffee will make your meal tastier and you'll certainly come back.
This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The motto of this spot is attractive prices for delicious meals. You will definitely like the nice ambiance and terrific decor. This bar is a Michelin selection and 3 red knife-and-fork symbols denote that it is regarded as one of the best addresses by Michelin inspectors because JNĉQUOI provides high-grade service.

The people who work there belittle you if you don't look like you're rich or not. And they didn't let me in because I wasn't wearing appropriate clothes. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's a hard place to get a reservation and we were fortunate to get a reservation a week in advance so plan ahead. The interior and decor of the restaurant is esthetically pleasing and one of the best Ive seen in Lisbon. It's very nicely designed with an "open kitchen" concept. The food is good. We tried the cod fritters, lettuce salad, fish and seafood soup, JNCQUOI veal, and linguini vongole. The cod fritters were fluffy and stuffed with an adequate amount of cod...arguably probably some of the best I've had throughout Portugal. The lettuce salad was disappointing...it was a bibb lettuce drizzled with a very small dab of oil and would have been much better if it had some sort of vinaigrette or acid. The fish soup, veal, linguini with clams were all executed well and very tasty. Service was a little slow, but overall the dining experience was good. And it's a good place for people watching. That's where the goodness ends...after dinner at the suggestion of the sommelier, we attempted to go to the bar downstairs for a drink, only to be told that we would have to wait in the outside queue for the bar patrons. Um, no thank you...we left!!! I'd rather spend my money at a business that appreciates my patronage. After spending hundreds of Euros on a meal upstairs, no dining patron should have to wait in a queue with the regular bar customers. On that basis alone, I would not recommend JNCQUOI Avenida.
