I recently visited Jal Mahal Ice Cream Parlour with high expectations, eager to indulge in their offerings. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Upon ordering their much-talked-about dry fruit pizza ice cream, I encountered an unexpected surprise – hair-like substances and dirt within my dessert. Despite promptly notifying the staff about my unpleasant discovery, I was met with a disappointing response. The team's lack of concern and unfriendly demeanor only added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, my experience at Jal Mahal Ice Cream Parlour left much to be desired. Not only was the quality of the product subpar, but the customer service fell short of expectations. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future patrons. I personally won't try ice cream parlour again.
