Visit this place and discover Mexican cuisine. Many guests come here to try nicely cooked grilled quail, fillet steaks and philly cheesesteaks. Good flans, tres leches cakes and key lime pie might be what you need. Delicious liqueur, margaritas or wine will make your meal even more delicious and you'll surely come back. Among the drinks, there is great americano.
A cozy place with a beautiful interior is all you need for a holiday with your family. The knowledgeable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Terrific service is something visitors like here. According to the guests' opinions, prices are adequate. The overall rating of this bar on Google is 4.5.

I took a business trip to Dallas and we checked out Javier's Gourmet Mexicano for dinner on a Friday evening with a large group. After being seated at this large Mexican restaurant, I started looking over the menu. What stood out to me, beyond being upscale Mexican, is that they focus on wild game. Interesting combination that I haven't seen before. After starting off with a margarita, we all shared their combo appetizer which comes with quail, beef tips, and a third meat dish that's escaping me. Along with chips and salsa of course. This was a great start to the meal. The beef tips were bathed in a delectable sauce. The chips were fresh and crisp. From there, for my main dish, I had the filete cantinflas which is one of their specialties. A breaded steak cutlet, filled with cheese, with avocado on top and rice and beans. While I appreciated the creativity, and it sounded amazing, the dish itself was average. I wasn't impressed with the cut of beef or the combination of flavors. After dinner, the drinks continued to flow and we made our way to the cigar room where we enjoyed some more adult beverages and some cigars. Service was good throughout, especially for a large group. Javier's is a pricey affair. Not worth it in my opinion but a fun experience nonetheless.
