I love Jimmy John's however, I went to the downtown Rock Hill location and I will never go back. There was one particular employee who was extremely rude BOTH days I was there. I thought the first time was a fluke but when, the very next day, she didn't want to give me napkins I made sure and told them I wouldn't be back. I wasn't nice about it. I'm always amazed when I walk in an establishment and I feel that I'm intruding. If I were management here I would suggest a hospitality and customer service refresher Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
