Best Authentic Korean Food in Alabama - Just like my Mom's Homemade Dishes.. I am a Korean-American who was born in the US with a full Korean mother and American father. We grew up eating authentic homemade korean food prepared by my mom on a daily/weekly basis and I loved it. Now that my siblings and I are grown up and we have all moved apart in differnet states, I get the craving for mom's homemade Korean Food all the time. I have tried several other Korean restaurants out there and they are good but nothing like mom's homemade Korean dishes. Well.....I found Jin Korean Restaurant by word of mouth from an American friend whom told me I had to try this place out. So a few weeks go by and I decided to try it out. To say the least about the place, I could have sworn that my mom was in the back preparing these dishes and this is the closest tasting Korean food I have experienced since moving out of my parents home in 2001. Food is over the top amazing and I will be coming back here probably once a week if not more than that. I really couldn't believe how much my taste buds were exploding with flavor and giving me the reminisence of my childhood eating at the dinner table with my mom. Definetley would recommend this to anyone who needs a new place to try or anyone looking for REAL AUTHENTIC KOREAN FOOD.
