Amazing place!!! Fantastic food, service and atmosphere!!
I love JoJo's philosophy. Being from MD it was nice to find an authentic Maryland themed bar. Great brunch.. I visit every time I come to NYC which is bi-monthly. I met the owners husband last time and he was pretty cool. Even considered bringing them NattyBoh's every time I come up. Definitely a goto for college games or NFL pregame
Solid spot for an afternoon brunch. I really enjoyed spending a sleepy Saturday at JoJo's bar. The place was relatively empty when we walked in for our 1:30 reservation, but we still sat with the bartender as per usual. The normal advantages paid off as they always do, in that we got to see JoJo's philosophy in action; we were fans. While not too talkative, the bartender was super friendly and generous with refills of Mimosas and sangria. They also serve bloody marys that look to be made from scratch as another bartender kept playing with the mix - he got nodding approval from one of the waiters who was asked to try it out. We hung out for a while before we ordered, soaking in Bleeker street through an open window (the place has a ton of windows which lends itself to an airy feel). When we finally felt like ordering up, we went with burgers (the menu is really just pub food and eggs), that did the trick. Nothing fancy, but were prepped really well and were really big. If you're looking for a brunch spot in the village that isn't pretentious, which decent prices and food, come here.
