Joes Cafè is pretty near Windoor Real Fly. This bar offers you good tapas, pork and paella. Order great coffee. Guests don't like beer at Joes Cafè.
This place is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are low for the quality you get. It's usually good to experience something new and enjoy the calm atmosphere. As for the Google rating, this spot got 4.1.

The lady that works there is extremely rude. Why would you put someone who hates life to greet and serve guest? Put her as a dishwasher. Always went there to eat when training at the wind tunnel but today will be my last time. Also they charge higher prices than what is listed on menu and if you bring it up she just tells you that it doesn't matter what is written on the menu. Best to eat at the wind tunnel or any place. Its a shame because the food isn't bad..but the service of this lady is the worst Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you didn’t eat at Joes Cafe, you didn’t truly visited Empuriabrava. This amazing restaurant is the true meaning of the family owned business. Amazing Food, Great Service, and Warm Family. I didn’t want to say anything about how inexpensive the High Quality food is, however this family is Very Proud of having also the image of The Most Affordable Great restaurant in Empuriabrava. Thanks Family and Team for making my wife and I feel we are eating at home.
