Jukeboxes are taped up and not working. (There’s also no music playing in the restaurant. It’s a little weird.)

I would have given them less if I could. my husband children and I set there for 10 minutes without so much as getting menus!! When we asked for them they finally gave them to us but no one ever offered any assistance.. water... mention of specials .. napkins... ANYTHING!!! .. A few moments later a woman with three girls came in and sat at the counter right next to my kids .. THEY HELPED THEM IMMEDIATELY.. and ultimately watched my husband and kids walk out ... I stayed behind to ask for the managers information.. the employee that came from the back room was not aware of what was going on.. was apologetic and appeared to be sincere (I genuinely appreciated that .. Thank you Lorenzo) .. needless to say the manager didn't answer when I called but we'll see if I get a return call.. total thumbs down Johnny Rockets ... I hope corporate sees this review!On a side note .. I'd hate to insinuate that we weren't helped because we BLACK .. but .. the mom & girls that came in weren't and were serviced with no problem and are still probably enjoying their meal while we're trying to decide collectively on another place to enjoy dinner together .. ♀️
