I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service we experienced at this Jollibee branch. We placed an order worth over ₱18,000 for our grandmother's interment, expecting it to be handled with care and professionalism. However, we encountered several problems with our order. First, upon receiving the food, we discovered that utensils were not included, which caused a major inconvenience for our family and guests. Additionally, some meals were incomplete, with food items missing, such as chicken. Yung lack of attention nila is unacceptable sa part ng family ko considering we paid in full amount in advance. They didn’t even bother habulin yung mga utensils. Nakaka dismaya to receive such service during this important times for our family. not good very disappointing. we placed a bulk order on sunday night on dec 1 to get it by 11am on dec. 2 there are no utensils, there are still older people who will eat, the most important thing is that you don't give them away... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
