This restaurant is the perfect diner type brunch spot. We had an amazing time because we also had an amazing waitress named Emma. She was such a ball of sunshine. If you don't get anything else here, please get the blueberry pie. It's the best blueberry pie I've ever had/

Best lobster roll I've had in 4 places during our Maine RV trip.  We didn't even come here for that and I ordered it and was totally surprised.  Great dinner atmosphere- super friendly staff who are on it with orders and getting us seated.  Come for breakfast food and be wowed by their lobster roll!!  They have lots of seating inside it goes back very far.  And I can't forget their blueberry pie - get a slice for each person that's how good it is.  You'll almost never want apple pie again after this.  Trust me

Catching up on Yelp reviews from my New England vacation back in mid-October. Bar Harbor, ME is a very quaint, cute, touristy, little town with a lot of charm. My family and I wanted to try to find a breakfast place on a Tuesday morning around 9:30am. I called around to make sure that places were open and I found Jordan's Restaurant. They said that they didn't take reservations and it was first come first serve. By the time we arrived, the wait was about 1 hour, but we didn't have anywhere we needed to be as it was suppose to rain the entire afternoon so Acadia was pretty much not happening that day for us. But there were some chairs at the store next to Jordan's where you could sit. The place looked to be family-owned and they called out your name so you had to wait outside. They take your phone number, but that was so they can say your area code in case there were multiple parties with the same first name and party size. It was packed on a Tuesday and it seemed like it was mostly tourists. After reading the reviews, it said Jordan's had the best Blueberry pancakes! Apparently, blueberries are a huge thing in Maine. An hour later we were seated. The place was pretty small and COVID procedures were in place so that is probably the reason for the long wait. It literally would have been a 2+ hour wait on a peak day. There is a decent amount of paid street parking so technically you could pay to park and sit and wait in your car. The menu was fairly limited, but I got the Blueberry Pancakes, home fries, side a bacon, and a coffee. The Blueberry pancakes were some of the best pancakes I have ever had! The pancakes were soft and super fluffy. The maple and blueberry syrups were spectacular as well! I prefer my home fries crispy instead of very potatoey, but they were full of flavor and amazing as well. I have never seen onions in home fries before and I think they really added to the flavor. The bacon was super crispy and solid. Coffee was decent. The prices were very cheap and that's how a good diner should be! I think my entire meal costed around $10-$12. Overall, Jordan's Restaurant had some of the best pancakes I have ever had and they were a very cute/quaint diner in Bar Harbor! It was definitely the best breakfast I had in Bar Harbor!
