The typical cheap, delicious, and cash-only place in a Richmond food court, it's fantastic! It is very hard to find seating during rush hours in the food court though. The chicken is crispy and moist. The chilli oil dumpling is also great, thin smooth slippery skin and balanced chilli oil sauce. The lady is very welcoming. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
