In Juanito they continue to make EXQUISITE traditional cuisine, that of our mothers and grandmothers, it's a shame that fashions weigh so much today in gastronomy. Because many of the dishes we find today in trendy restaurants are good, but we have to return more often to the usual flavors. At Restaurante Juanito we find those flavors that should never be missed. Try their partridge salad, or their loin in orza with potatoes a la poor, or their excellent hen in pepitoria with fries as God intended, or their "mareaos" chickpeas (Andalusian hummus).
