If you looking for the real deal Mexican restaurant in the heart of the Water District in Henderson you just found it. Juan's Flaming Fajitas and Canaria is the place to be. The moment you walk in you feel the positive energy of the staff members. After being greeted from the hostess you are seated a couple minutes later. After being seated our drink order was taken. No more then couple minutes our server comes over if you have any questions on the menu.. I decided to order the chicken fajitas with rice and beans. The food came about ten minutes later to the table. After one bite it was a true winner. The chicken fajitas had excellent seasoning and not dry at all. First class customer service from the moment you are seated to the moment you leave. Not one time you had to ask for a refill for your drink. Thank you management for having an amazing staff from A to Z. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
