Absolutely shocking experience at Juniper Hale. The waiting times are a complete joke. We waited an hour just for the food to arrive, and when my order finally came, it was wrong. I then had to wait another 15 minutes while my husband finished his meal — and my correct dish still hadn’t arrived, so I ended up cancelling it altogether. To make matters worse, my husband had already been waiting another hour for his food, and when it finally came, his steak was more than well done despite ordering it medium rare. Poor service, poor timing, and poor food quality. Definitely not worth the time or money — an absolute joke. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £40–50
