We are a construction company in Las Colinas area that decides to drive to Plano to celebrate one of our colleagues birthdays there. Terrible service. Nice and interesting cocktail menu, but hard to get one. We got a $500 table and the waitress barely came to us. She was zero friendly and forgot to come to check on us the entire night. We were 11 people and ready for party, but couldn't get drinks. It is a shame that we couldn't order from the bar because we got that service table. Next time we will just go to the bar and order directly. Not recommend service. Because there is not service. They have a DJ, but there is not a place to dance. I would recommend this place to stop for a drink, not for gatherings or business hangouts. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

First time going to Kai this past weekend and it was a great experience! The food, ambience, and service were fantastic! I had lobster tacos and the oxtail fried rice - would recommend both! Our server Joe was very attentive and kind. We will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
