I spent 70 euros for a junk meal but junk, there was no drink or ice and the employees are rude. They should teach them that the customer is always right and not see the customer as the chicken they serve... they have a terrace and the entrance door and The exit is not adapted for the customers who are inside and if they want to open the door to go to the bathroom or anything they have to change the mechanics of the door like the stores next door... in short, zero stars are the most What's bad about KFC, the one on Gran Via 2, I put up a complaint form, I know they paper this over, that's why I'm writing here so they don't go there..
