Wow, never eaten at a place where the food was so bad I've put it straight in the bin. They had no chicken when I arrived so it was 'freshly cooked', asked for legs and thighs and got a bag full of tasteless dry breast, gristle and the sorriest, soggiest chips imaginable. Waste of £25, learning experience though: KFC as we knew it is gone. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Another disaster from KFC Barry; missing items, overcooked chicken and an absolute lack of care. Uber delivery also didn't bother checking the ticket. Bag was sealed but it clearly didn't have a bottle of water in it! As in other reviews it is the same whether you dine-in, drive through or have delivery. Rubbish.
