Clients don't like fried chicken at this restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of KFC Plymouth - Marsh Mills. A lot of reviewers suppose that the staff is cute at this place. A number of guests think that the service is professional. If you come to this place, have no doubt, you are to like the surrounding homey atmosphere. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Probably the worst KFC I've had. Overcooked chips and chicken. Fillet burger have shrunk in size, so maybe put it on kids menu. Very weak tastless coffee. Won't be visiting here again. Very Very poor meal Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Card machines (which had clearly been broken and wrapped in tape and cable ties for a while) did not work and corrupted my bank card. Staff were unhelpful and had no sense of urgency despite a long queue forming whilst we were there. The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming and were very casual in admitting the same thing had happened this morning. (I suspect the car 2 cars ahead of us as well as many after us had the same issue and will now also have cards that don’t work) The drive through card reader clearly should have been replaced some time ago. Not acceptable in a franchise of this size. I will not be putting my card in a clearly defective machine again and will not be visiting this site to be served by the staff a second time. Should have gone to McDonald’s as we originally intended to.
