Come here for good kebabs and tasty chicken if you are hungry. This fast food offers delicious coffee among its drinks. At Pizza Cafe, you can order a takeout. A number of visitors suppose that the staff is attentive at this place. In spite of the popularity among customers, the weak side of this place is its fine service. You will like low prices. The calm atmosphere is to be found here. But this spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

My wife rang on her withheld number at just after 8pm when it was supposed to be here at 20 to 8 at the latest! To be told to ring back on the number that was ordered on, then he hung up on her, we ordered through uber eats. She rang back on my phone then they asked 4 questions to find out what was happening with my order. so why was it necessary to need her to ring back on my phone? got a call to come find you at quarter past 8 and it was all cold, which is 25 minutes late! Lost a regular customer because of your disgraceful customer service. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Possibly the WORST Doner Kebab in the UK, if not the world. Went in & tried to place an order for a Doner Kebab. I had to correct the guy serving me 3 times before he finally took the order correctly. The Kebab (if you can actually call it that) was just thrown together with minimal effort & just a mess!!! The sauce looked poorly made. When the bag of rubbish was thrust at me over the counter. I stopped the guy, opened up the bag & took a look. It was absolutely disgusting looking when I LOVE Doner Kebabs. I gave it back to him & said, “Keep it!” If they think that is acceptable to serve someone, they can eat it themselves. I lost £6 but not my integrity & self-esteem. There was no way I was eating that garbage. This place is AWFUL & has given the Kebab Shops in North Shields a chance to SHINE in comparison…..It really would not be difficult to achieve when the food from this place is so BAD! YUK!
