So the story goes like this..I ordered a gin and tonic on the terrace. First of all, the waiter took like 15 minutes to come over to our table, and the place was empty. So he asks me: "which gin do you want with your tonic?"I go: "which do you have?"He replies: "didn't you see the menu?"Are you people out of your mind? Who talks to guests like that? And what kind of training is it that your waitstaff doesn't even know your liquor? Finally, I get my tonic water with a splash of gin in it.. thanks a lot, boss.Next question: why put 3 pieces of lemon in my drink? I didn't order a mojito.FYI: Gin and tonic is served with lime, not lemon.Terrible service. Fire everyone and sue the person who trained your staff.Zagat gives you C.Advice for you if you're going to KEDR: push the bartender aside and make your own drinks
best service, nice atmosphere, really tasty food, reasonable price
The manager Anastasia is exceptional and they are very lucky to have such an amazing manager who did everything to ensure we had the best experience in the restaurant. As Australians who couldn't speak any Russian, she guided us through the menu and recommended Russian specialities that were delicious and we never would have chosen without her guidance. She helped celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary with a gift from the hotel and wonderful desserts. She makes the restaurant 5 stars with her welcoming, professional, warm attitude and knowledge. I would recommend this teatairant to anyone visiting Kazan.
