After seeing Jeff Morris Fire Museum, it may be a good idea to visit this bar. Irish cuisine is what Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub boasts. This place offers nicely cooked shepherd's pie, sausages and braised lamb. To try good bread pudding, sticky toffee pudding and fruitcake is a really nice idea. Visit this place and have delicious Irish coffee, irish stout or scotch. It's time to degustate great coffee or good lemonade.

16th of March! Erin go bragh! Had a wonderful meal ( fish and chips), awesome waiter, great atmosphere, definitely a must! Will go again!! Been there several times already! No picture of the food, sorry was too blurry, but here is one of the inside. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Kells Shepherd's Pie, Bangers and Mash, Corned Beef and Cabbage, Fish and Chips, Bread Pudding

When a friend of mine asked to meet me at Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub I didn't know why. I was asked what my drink of choice was by the local bartender that afternoon. I asked about soda pop. I was told it's complimentary for beautiful ladies. I paid for it though... the other people inside the bar asked me very rude questions... and one of the men who was inebriated was escorted out by that same bartender. I asked if everyone else was drinking a Guinness. I was told they weren't. I asked about the mural on the back of the building. I was told it was permanent. I asked how long was it going to be on the back of the building. I was told indefinitely. I sipped my soda pop... and walked around. There was a fight between two senior citizens. I stepped out of the way. The older of the two men had a pool cue which was off of the ground. The bartender called for PPB to empty the bar. I waited until the police officer showed up to exit. Everyone in the bar that afternoon knew my friend. I didn't know there had been an issue or problem inside Kells over who was going to be my next boyfriend. I told the officer I'm not taking applications for any dates into the near or distant future. The police officer took my name and address... I got a call a few days later asking if I knew about the man who claimed to be my next date at the bar... if he was ever my boyfriend previously. I told the detective... I didn't know him... and that that afternoon when he was challenging the other man inside... was my first and only trip to Kells. I didn't know I was going to start a small altercation just going inside. It was mostly older drunk men inside. I recommend going before the locals show up to get drunk. I was inside about 6:35 PM or so.
