Do not play the vlts in thier lounge especially if you're from out of town If the machine malfunctions and your money jams You have to fill out a form and they will return it at their earliest convenience Minus 1 star

i been coming there for years and enjoyed the customer service and the great food, but recently the public health rules kicked in and restricted anyone without double vaccination to dine inside their restaurant. Most other restaurants in town are offering their specials for takeout as an option for the people who cant come in and dine due to the strict health orders. I talked with someone in administration about my concern but it didnt seem like she was too interested in looking into it as an option. what a lot of people dont realize its not only the people who arent getting vaccinated your shunning, you also affecting the ones who are waiting for their vaccine appointments, the seniors who have medical reasons that they cant get the shot all in favor for the double vaxxed. everyone is a equal person the same as everyone else. many of these people were coming in and ordering takeout and bringing in business to your establishment helping you keep afloat in the beginning of this pandemic while many of the double vaxxed your only serving now were just sitting and cooking at home. All smittys locations in Winnipeg are honoring all dine in specials as a takeout option as they do indeed want to keep serving all customers regardless of their vaccine status. im extremely dissapointed in your management decision to not offer those specials to those people of which many have been customers for many many years and would like to stay a customer.
