Food is always good, because you follow the SOP so the taste is similar from one outlet to another. The problem is the atmosphere, because this is a "BOX" so its small size provides an uncomfortable atmosphere for eating indoors. Then indoor because it's not clean enough. But for some reason, most KFCs (box or non-box) are not as clean as McDonald's. If you want to chat casually, you can eat outside. The place is integrated with the Ramayana terrace.
