I had dinner here with my son and we had a butter chicken, garlic naan with a platter of sides. The yummiest curry and food. Staff and owner are all lovely. Affordable and highly recommend Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had the best meal and even better they have plenty of GF & DF options!!! They were very accommodating with my dietary needs and I was able to enjoy myself very much. The Vegetable Kofta with Tamarind sauce is my absolute favourite and possibly the best I’ve ever had. Overall all the food was delicious. Butter chicken & Saag were a 10/10!!! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Vegan, Tamarind Sauce, Khana Butter Chicken Dietary restrictions: GF & DF available for majority of their menu!

I recently dined at this restaurant with first table and had a mixed experience, definitely not good. To start with, the initial impression was not great. The water bottles provided were not properly cleaned, and we could see water dripping from the outside when they were served, which raised hygiene concerns. We ordered several dishes, including chicken tikka and cauliflower florets. Unfortunately, the chicken tikka was undercooked inside. Although the staff replaced it, the second serving had the same issue and appeared to be reheated rather than freshly prepared. The cauliflower florets were also inconsistent—soggy the first time and slightly better on replacement. It felt like some items may be pre-cooked and reheated before serving, which affected both quality and texture. Customer service could also be improved. When we raised concerns, the response felt more argumentative than receptive. A more attentive and customer-focused approach would make a big difference. Portion sizes were noticeably small—closer to lunch portions—especially considering typical standards at other Indian restaurants in Auckland. On a positive note, the overall taste was average, but nothing particularly memorable as there are far better restaurants with amazing food. Overall, there is room for improvement in food quality, consistency, hygiene, and service. *** Based on what you described, a rating around 2–3 stars would be more aligned than 4+. It communicates that the experience was below expectations but not entirely poor. Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As per your feedback about other Indian Restaurant, what we offer is free range chicken, lamb(not mutton), fresh produce and we make our paneer and yoghurt.
