Until March 2022, my husband and I went to Khumusiya regularly for several years; during the Covid years we took food from there with us. It was delicious. This place has always been recommended to everyone. Two years later, we visited Khumusia again as one of the unique places in St. Petersburg that we missed. And what a great disappointment it was when we realized that the quality of the food for which you came there had become poor. It was never possible to chill on small wooden chairs, and in principle, the atmosphere in the hall was fast food. But the menu was always nutritious and tasty. And today, in addition to the fact that in Shvarma the hummus was from the refrigerator and too thick, the chicken in the dish was not at all fresh. At first we thought that it had just been heated up and not just cooked, but there was clearly something wrong with it. It’s important to me that my husband felt ill after eating at Khumusiya. Not exactly signs of acute poisoning, but intoxication was present. The whole day off wasted. We didn't eat anywhere else today, we are completely sure that the bad condition is the result of lunch at Khumusiya. It is very, very unfortunate that this establishment has deteriorated. Came in with a baby stroller. I've been here before with a stroller, which didn't raise any questions from the staff. The employee Mikhail, who stood behind the cash register, said that there is not enough space in the establishment, so they do not bring strollers/bicycles/scooters. There was a free table at the end of the hall and the presence of a stroller in the aisle would not have hurt anyone, but Mikhail was persistent. I felt inferior. Unlike a scooter/bicycle, a child sleeping in a stroller cannot be left on the street. Disgusting. Not another foot. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

After a long walk around the Northern Islands of St. Petersburg, we were looking for a place to have a bite to eat. We discovered hummus by chance and didn’t regret it. The interior is modest, but everything you need is there. The girl at the cash register was friendly and answered all questions. We love hummus, and the presentation here is excellent: along with the main dish there is a hot flatbread and a plate of pickles. The coffee is delicious too.
