Some really nice staff they have over here, fudge was bomb and ice cream was fantastic. Everyone was super helpful in giving samples and explaining everything they had! Could not get half’s like we did before, got a slice of turtle and after the server let me squeeze and I said it felt hard he said it was just the nuts, it was in fact hard. He said it was fresh and it might have been fresh but just setting in the open it was hard. I did ask if I could get a slice from the middle and he said no! This is not the Kilwins we were used to! I stopped in ordered a waffle cone with a single dip.,I gave her a 20$ bill and she gave me .30 cents back. I asked her where the rest of my change was, she said there is none. I down know if the employee was skimming off the top. One thing I know I’ll never go there again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
