It has been a while since I have been there. The quality has gone downhill. If you have a large group of people and you need to find something for everyone it's ok and easy. Used to go to King buffet all the time when I was in school in Richmond. Was passing through and decided to stop and get the buffet. Food was OK, some of it had been sitting for a bit, because it wasn't as hot as I would have liked. Walked up to get a second plate, and when I came back to my seat, there was a roach crawling along the wall. Me and my wife just got up, pad, and walked out. When they are walking around in broad daylight in a room full of people, you know there are millions in the spots you can't see them.
