2- I will not trash the authenticity of the food too much but all I can say is that the cooks are doing their best. From what I can tell these are 2 dudes that got a compliment on their cooking once, so they decided to make it a business. I hope that they see this and go get proper training and take it seriously. Smothering food with various spices is not the answer. Food is about balancing all the flavors.
3- Please take a day to clean and organize the cooking area/ Kitchen. I had anxiety looking at it when I was checking out. It is a health hazard waiting to happen.
4- Make up your mind. You business name is "King Tut Coffee & Healthy Food". Claiming to serve healthy food is a huge undertaking. If I were you guy I wouldn't go there. I didn't feel so healthy when I started having heartburns one hour after my meal. More to the point, are you a Café, a Coffee Co or a restaurant? The title is misleading. You guys said you serve Hookah? Is that healthy too?
5- I hope you see this as someone who is trying to help. I am not doing this because I am mad, I need my money back or that I need a future free meal. I paid my bill and tipped on top of that but I didn't want to say anything because I knew that you guys will be nice enough to comp my meal and I will not have the audacity to write a review after your kind gesture. I am hoping to come back in a few months and taste some authentic food in an authentic King Tut restaurant.
