I was bowling last Friday night and wanted something to munch on that wasn't pizza. Kingpin pizza went above and beyond by making me a big pretzel out of pizza dough. 5 star service. I left smiling.

The place offers a fantastic variety of fresh food. I enjoy dining here. Employees are always very welcoming, pricing is convenient and the spot is always well organised.

I'm a simple person. Don't ask for a lot. The one star is for the fact that this isn't the first time and I've kept my mouth shut, since I'm ITB and I'm sensitive to whether or not someone has had a bad day... Chicken tenders. That's it. I'm not asking for fancy calzones or whatnot. 1) I order, very specifically, chicken tenders with fries and a side of wing sauce and ranch. The server was aware id be in the bar area. So when she brought me the chicken tenders with honey mustard and bbq I said "those aren't mine, probably for someone else". About 45 minutes go by, so I walk back up to the snack bar and my chicken tenders are sitting on the counter. When I asked why, she said I sent them back. The sauces were wrong, also, I wouldn't want to eat someone else's food. She literally just went "meh, here they are if you still want them". I wanted to take my tip back out of the bucket. I was passive aggressive enough to toss my trash back into the counter so they could at least have to clean up and earn their pay 2) literally right now, ice cold chicken and the fries are all the bits and pieces, cold and yet still burnt. I'll be asking for my money back Edit- the stoned teenager who was literally smoking a vape pin in front of me- "we don't want your service anymore because of your shitty attitude". Hm ok
