Great atmosphere, great service, delicious food and very reasonable price. The wait time is a bit long but trust me it's worth it. I had the crab toast and pan friend gambas. Absolutely delicious.
Our friends who recently visited Dublin suggested this tiny place. They loved it so much they went twicw in a week . Glad we listened . With only a few tables we were lucky for a late lunch. My sister got the mussels they are famous for and I had the Lobster roll. It was all  fresh  & delicious . A pint of course too. It is very casual but that was fine for us .The staff was friendly adn didnt rush anyone even with so few tables . Check it out if in temple bar for lunch/
I've been there twice in my time in Dublin, and I definitely recommend those who are craving a good seafood break from all the potatoes! Klaw is located right in the middle of Temple Bar, but the entrance is so small you might miss it. There are only 4 high tables, with a blackboard menu and napkins signed by customers all over the world. What I've ordered: - Oysters (Galway, Waterford, Flaggy Shore) - Hot Pot - Crab on Toast - Dublin Bay Prawns - Grilled Gambas The oysters are very fresh, and they're served on ice, even if you order just one! I recommend the Galway oyster. It's very creamy, as opposed to the waterford which is a bit more salty and ocean-water tasting. The Dublin Bay Prawns are by far my favorite. I used the bread to soak up every single drop of the delicious broth with celery bits, and the prawns are a good size. The grilled gambas are also a good choice, but they are a bit smaller than the prawns. The hot pot, which is solely crab, is a good option. It's a bit more salty than the previous two and most of its broth is made up of the Old Bay seasoning. The crab on toast is fresh, but it's nothing spectacular. Their specials change, but I also recommend the crab pasta if that ever comes back. tip: even though the portions aren't that big, it's a place worth sharing your food. Order a couple of things and try them family style!
