This was my second time eating at Kobe Japanese Express. I feel like this meal may have been a bit of a flaw. The last time I came here the food was pretty mediocre but nonetheless it still satisfied me. Today, however, I really did not enjoy the food as much. If you love meat probably go for something other than the Pork Bone. There isn't much meat to eat from the bone. The ramen itself was a 3.5/10. Noodles tasted sort of bland and low quality. The shumai was alright but I think I would prefer the gyozas next time. Was let down a bit from this meal, but there aren't too many Japanese restaurants near by. If you want better Japanese food I would recommend somewhere else in either Christiansburg or Roanoke.
