Hello, dear readers! In this establishment, on April 1, 2023, I celebrated my first anniversary, 20 years. The establishment struck me with the disgusting attitude of all the staff, from the waiters to the hostess and manager, as well as the terrible dishes. It is not easy to find such rude, incompetent people in establishments in the center, but we were lucky. So, first things first. Arriving at the restaurant (we had reserved a table), the hostess stated that from 10 people an additional fee of 10% would be charged, although before that I called the establishment several times and was told that no additional fee would be charged when booking. The hostess immediately began to be rude, saying that “this can’t happen,” and in general, we can say we have a whole banquet, so why are we showing off. This is just the beginning. Next, I was struck by the attitude of the waiters, who almost threw dishes on our table, making very dissatisfied faces. As for the dishes, it’s a completely different story. The guys and I ordered steaks, one each, cooked medium. They were brought to us about 50 minutes later, rare at best. We called the waiter, explained the situation, asked to remake the dish, after which she told us in a raised tone not to shout at her (no one shouted at all, we are normal, adequate people), and, with the same dissatisfied face, she took the steaks from us. Another 40-50 minutes passed and they brought us steaks again. And what do you think! They were cooked even worse than the previous ones xD. We called the waiter again, and she in turn called the manager. The manager came, we explained the situation AGAIN, showed the doneness, said that this was blue ray done at best, to which she answered us: “I’m incredibly glad that you even know about the existence of blue ray, you probably cook it often, right?!” , this was said as brazenly as possible, with mockery. This was the last straw, after which we decided that we had to leave the establishment as soon as possible. The mood is spoiled, the guests and I are very upset by this attitude and the quality of the dishes. There were problems not only with steaks, but also with appetizers, but it would take a long time to write about this, and I’m already too lazy) In general, summarizing all of the above, I want to say that if you do not want a rude, condescending and simply impudent attitude towards yourself, then you should NEVER visit it.
