Saw their promotion for RM22 for 2 plates of nasi lemak with fried chicken and drinks, so I visited my local branch today (17 Aug). Unfortunately, the cashier had no idea about this promotion, and apparently the manager never informed the staff. It also doesn't show up automatically in their system with the discount applied. To be fair, the cashier was polite and tried his best to check the system for the promo. However, the manager/supervisor seemed occupied taking photos rather than helping resolve the issue, and the kitchen was a bit slow preparing the food. I still went ahead and ordered anyway. The free flow drinks were fantastic though, lots of variety, and the mug float was really good too. However, the chicken wasn't fresh, and I initially thought they used basmathi rice since the menu says so, but it didn't taste like it at all. It tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for a while. The half-boiled egg had the same issue, felt overnight or stored too long. Mixed experience overall. Great drinks and dessert, and the cashier tried his best, but disappointed with the lack of promo support from management and some of the food quality this time. Hoping this was a one-off and not the norm at this branch. Price per person: RM 1–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I honestly don’t understand why this restaurant is so unwilling to give customers a proper piece of chicken. I even recorded a video to prove that this burger was mostly hollow inside. There was barely any meat – it was basically bread, lettuce, and crispy chicken skin with only about 0.1cm of actual chicken. Is this really what RM18 gets you now? I ordered this burger through Foodpanda yesterday, and I was shocked when I opened it. For RM18, I could easily buy two pieces of fried chicken elsewhere, but here I paid RM18 for a burger filled with air. This is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. What makes it even worse is that this wasn’t my first time. When this shop first opened, their chicken tenders were juicy, tender, and delicious. I decided to give them several more chances, hoping the quality would improve, but every single time the chicken has been dry, tough, and tasteless. The quality has dropped so much that it’s honestly unbelievable. RM18 can’t even buy a burger with a decent amount of meat? Even KFC gives me a much thicker chicken fillet than this. After eating this burger, I was so frustrated that my blood pressure actually shot up. Customers are paying for a chicken burger, not a bread-and-air burger. If you’re going to charge RM18, at least serve a burger that looks like it’s worth RM18. I definitely won’t be ordering this again.
