This place pretends to serve a fancy pan asian cuisine but it is just another overpriced restaurant with less than mediocre food. I ordered rice crackers which were the typical rice crackers snack mix everyone can buy widely in supermarkets. At least Koto could serve more interesting rice crackers. Or be creative and come up with something unique to differentiate the restaurant. My friend ordered spring rolls which felt like frozen food bought from the supermarket. They also don't offer a vegetarian option for the spring rolls. The interior is fine, we sat in the non-smoking area and it stank of smoke! When will Bulgarian restaurants learn (and also Bulgarian smokers!) that smoking happens outside not inside the restaurant?! Finally, service is okay.
