The building is neat and clean, in the yard approx. There are 3 cars in the parking lot, in order, the equipment is nice, there are cakes, they are good. You can drink 1, i.e., a type of commercial black tea at a confectioner's price, espresso coffee, or cappuccino. That was it for hot drinks. The lady at the counter did her job with radiant disgust. (Traffic was very moderate)
