Great atmosphere, beautiful view, nicely decorated, polite staff, but the food was not up to par. The brown filet, which was delicious, was accompanied by cheap Ledo pomes. Kvaka is my primary food place while in Karlovac for an outstanding service, food and view from the terrace. Ordered came out quickly, refreshing beer cheered us all up as well as domestic wine from lady who owns a restaurant and we're not an exception for that matter.
