The restaurant seemed to be a bit short staffed but the staff was happy, welcoming and took great care of us!! We wanted to shout out the chef specifically as he was the only one working the hibachi grills. We can tell he was working hard for us and all the other guests! Thank you for an awesome night, and the great food (:

New POS printer replaced for Kyoto restaurant. Got 500 rolls of receipt paper delivered. Camera project completed. Love fried rice with miso soup and their beautiful sushi. Thanks to Lang Ing and sushi chief, Chiweng Tjiang — feeling blessed at Kyoto Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi.
