Amazing selection of absinthe. Staff and locals were very welcoming. If in dijon. Id suggest going. Highly recommend. Easily in the top 2 or 3 bars i visited whilst in Dijon

Excellente expérience. Très bon accueil. Venu ce samedi 18 décembre à Dijon avec ma compagne, c'est par hasard que nous déambulions dans le cœur de ville lorsque nous avons vu L'Absintherie. Cela faisait depuis six ans que je n'avais plus bu de cette boisson... Autant vous dire que j'étais heureux de recroiser un lieu où l'on en servait. La gamme d'absinthes est assez impressionnante, venant surtout de Franche-Comté mais aussi de toute la France : on a affaire à de vrais spécialistes, deux frères travaillant dans l'établissement. La distillation expliquée sous vos yeux est intéressante et la dégustation très subtile du breuvage. À essayer sans hésiter.
